Will you sell my details or send them to firms?
We never sell your details. Getting a quote does not send your enquiry to any firm. We only share your details with your chosen firm when you explicitly request a call or choose to instruct them. Requesting a call does not oblige you to instruct.
Who will contact me after I get quotes?
MoveGuide may contact you to explain the quotes and help you choose. Firms do not receive your details just because you complete the form. If you request a call from a firm, we share your contact and enquiry details with that firm so they can call you.
How long does it take to get quotes?

What does "no move, no fee" mean?
If your sale or purchase falls through, you won't pay the legal fees. It means the firm shares the risk of the transaction not completing, so you're not left out of pocket.
Do I need a solicitor near me?
No, this is a common misconception. You can use a regulated conveyancer anywhere in England and Wales. Everything is handled online, so choose on price, service and reputation rather than location.
Are there any hidden fees?
We don’t work with firms that use interim billing or charge hidden fees. You can see the itemised fees and VAT before you choose. If any details or extra work need checking, the quote explains what still needs confirming. Your chosen firm will review the scope and any additional costs with you before you commit.
